Kilmacolm's Eilidh Briggs in Semi Finals of Scottish Under 18's Championships

Girls Quarter Finals & Semi Finals
Top qualifier, Eilidh Briggs from Kilmacolm will play Rachel Walker from Dumfries & County while Lauren Whyte (St Regulus) will take on the second qualifier Gemma Dryburgh (Beaconsfield) in the semi-finals of the Scottish Girls' Championship at Glenisla Golf Club.

Eilidh Briggs played level par golf in defeating 14-year old Clara Young, while Rachel Walker was approximately 2 under par in beating another 14 year old, Connie Jaffrey in their morning quarter finals.

In the bottom half of the draw Lauren Whyte was approximately 1 over par in her win over fellow Scottish Girls cap Ailsa Summers and Gemma Dryburgh was approximately level par in beating defending Champion Lesley Atkins by 4&3.

Hole by hole live scoring is in operation for today's quarter finals and semi-finals of the Scottish Girls Championship at Glenisla Golf Club.

In the Ansley Reid Salver (2nd flight), Emily Dalgetty from Glencourse beat Alexandra Tait from St Regulus golf club by 5&4 and will take on Katie McGarva of Troon Ladies who defeated Renfrewshire's Linsey Stevenson of Elie & Earlsferry by the same margin in this afternboon's final.
