NICHOLA FERGUSON BEATS ANNE LAING IN FINAL OF D&A COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL

D&A County Captain Carol Sim presents Nichola Ferguson with the County Championship Trophy

Milngavie's Nichola Ferguson, the leading qualifier for the match-play stages, today (Wednesday) won the Dunbartonshire and Argyll women's county golf championship at Hayston Golf Club.
She beat the No 3 seed and past Scottish champion, Anne Laing (Vale of Leven) by 4 and 3 in the final.

Anne Laing (Vale of Leven) beat Aileen Baker (Hilton Park) 2 and 1.
FINAL
Nichola Ferguson beat Anne Laing 4 and 3.

BRONZE FINAL
Zoe Kemp (Helensburgh) beat Lynne McDonald (Cardross) 5 and 3 and 1.
