GLENBERVIE LADIES HAVE QUALIFIED TO PLAY IN SPAIN IN THE ANNODATA UK GOLF CLUB CLASSIC GRAND FINAL

Glenbervie Ladies have qualified for the Annodata UK Golf Club Classic Grand Final in Spain from the 19th to 23rd November after playing their regional final away from home against High Legh Park GC in Cheshire yesterday (Sunday 16th September)

Glenbervie were the last remaining team from Scotland after they beat Duddingston 3-2 in their 5th round so the the whole of Scotland's hopes rested on Glenbervie's shoulders.

Both teams played some wonderful golf with birdies and pars from each side. Two games went to 18th, one finished at 17th and the other two a bit earlier. All games were played in tremendous good spirit and a lovely lunch followed the game.

It is a fantastic achievement for them as they had to play their regional final away at High Legh Park GC in Cheshire.

Annodata said "Great to have a Scottish team joining us in Spain."
