Hilton Park's Fiona Alexander led the six qualifiers for the SLGA Regional Medal Grand Final at Crieff GC on September 9th with a net 69 off 12 of a handicap in the West Final at Cathkin Braes GC today.
That was a three-under-par net effort on a day when the CSS was 74.
The qualifiers were:
Silver Division - Fiona Alexander (Hilton Park) (12) 69; Barbara Mungall (Crow Wood) (14) 71; Denise Cowan (Ranfurly Castle) (6) 72; Claire Capucci (Bridge of Allan) (7) 72
+Barbara Mungall (Crow Wood) (14) 71 would have been a qualifier but she is unable to play in the Grand Final.
Bronze Division - Linda Paterson (Dumbarton Ladies) (23) 76; Janet Livingston (Whitecraigs) (24) 76; Irene Alexander (Crail) (21) 76.
Fourth in the Bronze - but not a qualifier - was Patricia Lunney (Cowglen) (22) 76.
