The County Finals will take place at Montrose Links from 21-23 September 2012. Montrose Links, who are celebrating 450 Years of Golf this year, will play host to the reigning County Champions Midlothian along with Angus, Dumfriesshire and Renfrewshire. The finals are played over three days with 3 foursomes and 6 singles each day, last year the final days play at Dumfries & County Golf Club was restricted to just the 6 singles due to extreme weather conditions.
