40 players took part in the 42nd Anniversary (Robertson) Family Foursomes at Douglas Park Golf Club today in some fairly inclement weather conditions to say the least !!
With the event last being held in 2019 and none in 2020 due to covid it was great to see a family affair on the course again - (No husband and wives allowed)
Colin and Helen Robertson were delighted that the day was a success despite the horrendous showers !
Alistair Forrest and his cousin Iain Stevenson who have been faithfully playing in this annual event for many years were delighted to be the overall winners for the first time with 38 points..

Winners: Alistair Forrest and Iain Stevenson (Cousins) - 38 points
2nd: Jinty Halley and Gordon Halley (Mother and son) - 37 points
3rd: Graeme Anderson and Susan Murdoch (Cousins) - 34 points
4th: Mhairi Telfer and Ryan Brennan (Nephew/Aunt ) - 33 points
